With a Power of Guardian you can appoint someone to make decisions concerning your maintenance and welfare.
Medical Agency....
In addition to an Enduring Power of Attorney and Power of Guardian, you can appoint a Medical Agent to make decisions about providing or withholding medical treatment on your behalf.
