Powers of Attorney, Powers of Guardian and Medical Agency
An Enduring Power of Attorney is a means of appointing someone to look after your finances. With a Power of Guardian you can appoint someone to make decisions concerning your maintenance and welfare. In addition to an Enduring Power of Attorney and Power of Guardian, you can appoint a Medical Agent to make decisions about providing or withholding medical treatment on your behalf.
