Our criminal law team works extensively out of Magistrates Courts throughout the South East of South Australia. Our team comprises Kate Annells, Chris Patterson and Ailyn Libo-on. Paralegal support is supplied by Kris Allen and Heidi Hancock.

Our criminal law team is experienced in assisting clients who require legal aid to complete their application forms, lodge forms and obtain grants of legal aid. The team also will discuss terms for privately funded criminal clients.

The criminal team deals with wide-ranging matters from street offences, driving offences and serious criminal charges which are dealt with in the Magistrates Court through to more serious criminal charges which need to be dealt with at the District and Supreme Courts.

The team is experienced in lodging Magistrates Court appeals with the Supreme Court of South Australia and dealing with bail reviews expeditiously.

The criminal team has access to a wide range of senior barristers in Adelaide to help and assist with all criminal matters where senior barristers may be required to assist.
